A leading music streaming company seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Specialist. The successful candidate will serve as a thought leader on Salesforce marketing cloud best practices, guiding omni-channel digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has both strategic and technical capabilities to build solutions that effectively meet business needs and elevate marketing efforts within salesforce marketing cloud.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Specialist Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $35-$45/hr
  • Worksite: Leading music streaming company (Irving, TX 75063 - Hybrid, Open to Remote - Open to remote candidates located in the United States)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
  • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a thought leader on Salesforce marketing cloud best practices, guiding omni-channel digital marketing strategies.
  • Design, develop, and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce marketing cloud to enhance customer engagement.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce marketing cloud to align with complex business requirements, streamlining marketing automation.
  • Develop technical solutions for personalized customer journeys, email campaigns, and automation workflows that align with overarching marketing strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to enhance system reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends, product updates, and best practices in marketing automation and salesforce marketing cloud functionalities.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Product Specialist Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce marketing cloud in campaign management, administration, configuration, and development.
  • Experience in product management, technical implementation, digital marketing, and data analysis.
  • Salesforce marketing cloud certification.
  • Advanced proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building and managing marketing automation workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed marketing strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
