Sales Support Specialist - Programmatic Advertising #PP

A leading music streaming company is seeking a Sales Support Specialist. The successful candidate will support all aspects of the sales process as well as provide support to the Vice President of Sales and members of the sales team and their clients/agencies. The ideal candidate has two or more years of proven programmatic advertising sales, operations, or buy-side success and a strong history of meeting or exceeding goals.

Sales Support Specialist Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $33/hr CAD
• Worksite: Leading music streaming company (Toronto, ON, Canada - Hybrid, 3 days per week in the Toronto office)
• T4 Employment
• 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities:

• Assist the Canada Sales team in maintaining client relationships and collaborating with Sales members within the Programmatic Sales team:
  • Media Plan Development.
  • Post Campaign Analysis.
  • Ad Campaign Reporting.
  • Campaign Setup.
  • Update Sales Trackers.
  • Programmatic setup, reporting, and optimization in collaboration with programmatic trades desks and DSPs.
  • Leading the training on Programmatic and DSPs.
  • Support all client service leads with programmatic guidance and actionable items.
  • Programmatic reporting support.

Sales Support Specialist Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven programmatic advertising sales, operations, or buy-side success and a strong history of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Experience working in Programmatic (DSP, Agency Trading Desk, or Publisher sales) or similarly technical media including ad networks.
• Audio experience is a strong plus.
• Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy within a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Salesforce.

Shift:

• Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., or similar standard working hours.
