Responsibilities:

  • Matching of customers to GPO Membership/Create Alias – 10%
  • Cleansing of end-user customer master – 1600 Table – 5%

  • Renewing, Extending, Validating Pricing Agreements for accuracy (85%) that includes checking the following:

    • Correct end-user assignment
    • Distributor – Strategic and Non-Strategic
    • UPC’s
    • Components
    • GPO – Pricing Tiers
    • Customer Parent-Child relationship
    • Versions – Effective and Expiration Date Periods)
    • Budget

  • Revenue Responsibility:
    • Efforts of the temp will impact results of monthly distributor healthcare rebates and group purchasing organization administration fee payouts in the amount of $1.5M.  

Requirements:

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office platform, in particular, Excel
  • Attention to details, Analytical and Decision-making skills.  Ability to maintain detailed documentation that would enable the passing of an audit.
  • Job is fast-paced with an absolute need for attention to details
