Sales Operations Support 668531


  • Warranty Exchange 
    • Monitors Salesforce queue
    • Creates RMA exchanges in DCL’s eFactory based on Salesforce case
    • Receives email notifications for received and shipped RMA’s
    • Creates exchange order in SAP from the Salesforce case
    • Adjusts inventory in SAP
    • Closes Salesforce Case
    • Notify warehouse (Hoa) to receive in order and ship replacement on order (both virtually)
  • Return for Credit -Shopify
    • Monitors Salesforce Queue
    • Creates return for credit RMA in DCL's eFactory based on Salesforce case
    • From the Salesforce case, searches for Shopify order # in PO field in SAP
    • Creates RE order with reference to original order and verifies pricing conditions were generated correctly
    • Monitors DCL’s eFactory + receives email notifications for received RMA’s
    • Refunds Customer via Shopify
    • In RE order, checks the “credit issued” checkbox
    • Notify warehouse (Hoa) to receive in order
    • Monitors Salesforce Queue for RMA’s that are approaching their due-by date and have not yet been received. Escalates with Support or Logistics as appropriate
  • Returns
    • Receive/retrieve Return Report.
    • Using IT Tool (pending) bulk uploads to create RE orders in SAP with reference to original billing doc
    • Follows up on any failures


  • Salesforce experience
  • Shopify
  • SAP
  • Detail oriented and with a basic understanding of sales and return lifecycle.
  • Schedule: 4 hours/day, 4 days/week
