Sales Executive - Digital Advertising 625-1 #PP
A leading music streaming company is seeking a Sales Executive. The successful candidate will work closely with both our sales support representatives and operations team to ensure campaigns are implemented successfully by providing high-caliber client service, strategic planning, and market analysis. The ideal candidate has eight years of industry experience in digital advertising, business development, or digital marketing.
Sales Executive Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $50/hr CAD + Up to $75,200 CAD of quarterly commissions
- Worksite: Leading music streaming company (Toronto, Canada M5A 0L6 - Onsite)
- T4 Employment
- 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment
Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Anticipate how decisions are made by our partners, uncover the digital audio advertising needs of key clients, and demonstrate how our marketplaces can drive their success.
- Create a long-term cohesive strategy between the company and partners, and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams within us to drive client success.
- Develop and maintain relationships with all levels of our agency and direct partner stakeholders. Keep a comprehensive understanding of their ever-changing business challenges, marketing objectives, and success KPIs.
- Develop bespoke and clear media recommendations, data-driven analyses, and high-impact opportunities that are in the best interest of client success.
- Plan for, and achieve, full-year and quarterly personal growth goals, through relationship management, presentation of the advertising solutions, and successful campaign implementation that helps partners achieve their own goals.
- Build a deep understanding of how our media marketplaces can be used to meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
Sales Executive Qualifications:
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, business development, or digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree.
- In-depth experience working with large brands, advertising agencies, or clients.
- Experience with Google’s DV360, TTD, Yahoo DSPs, or similar advertising solutions is preferred.
- Proven success in building consultative relationships with C-Suite and day-to-day leads, managing multiple projects, and internal stakeholders.
- An in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape across traditional and digital media advertising is preferred.
- The ability to create mutually beneficial business plans in complex and vague environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and the company is preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills, both big picture long-term and in-the-weeds day to day execution with the ability to pivot quickly to align with changing client success metrics is preferred.
- Determined to promote the company and create bespoke media solutions across all levels of decision makers is preferred.
