A leading digital streaming network is seeking a Sales Analyst. The successful candidate will perform PRISM 2.0 post-conversion holdback data cleanup to ensure accurate avails are being produced for the sales team (DMS did not properly capture nuanced holdbacks, which could result in lost sales opportunities or licensing in a manner that creates a contractual violation). The ideal candidate has Entertainment industry experience in Deal Management/Administration, Accounting, and/or Finance (Preferred). The company offers a great work environment!

Sales Analyst Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $23/hr
• Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (Los Angeles, CA 90038, Hybrid - Must be onsite two days a week (Mondays, and Tuesdays/Thursdays)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
• 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

Sales Analyst Responsibilities:

• RMS (Viacom Financial System) new build testing.
• PRISM 2.0 post conversion holdback data cleanup to ensure accurate avails are being produced for the sales team (DMS did not properly capture nuanced holdbacks, which could result in lost sales opportunities or licensing in a manner that creates a contractual violation).
• PRISM 2.0 post conversion payment cleanup.
• PRISM 2.0 license data cleanup for sales history purposes to ensure Sales can properly benchmark against historical sales.
• Upload backlogged executed documents into PRISM 2.0.

Sales Analyst Qualifications:

• Entertainment industry experience in Deal Management/Administration, Accounting, and/or Finance is preferred.
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel.
• Highly organized.
• Good communication.
• Multi-Tasking.
• Data Entry.

Shift:

• 9 am - 6 pm.
