A leading digital streaming network seeks a Retail Development Manager to execute retail strategies that drive the sell-in of licensed merchandise across key retail partners. This role manages day-to-day relationships with retailers and licensees, ensures strong in-store execution, and supports the growth of the brands through compelling consumer product offerings.

Retail Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with retail partners and licensees to drive sell-in and sell-through of licensed products across key hardlines categories.
  • Monitor retail performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and distribution.
  • Partner with licensing category teams to support product launches and retail activations in partnership with licensees
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all licensed products and retail placements.
  • Conduct store visits and retail audits to ensure merchandising standards are met and identify new opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, category, franchise) to support campaigns.

Retail Development Manager Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in retail, licensing, consumer products, or business development.
  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • Working knowledge of licensed brands or retail partnerships, entertainment, categories, and/or the retail industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of retail environments and merchandising strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using sales data to drive decisions.

Shift:

  • 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
