  • Worksite: Leading digital streaming network (San Francisco, CA 94107 - Onsite - Hybrid until September, Onsite only on Wednesday (or as needed).

A leading digital streaming network seeks a Reporting and Consolidations Manager to support segment-level financial reporting, consolidations, and ERP transformation initiatives. This role plays a key part in month-end close, financial analysis, and system implementation activities, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Reporting and Consolidations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Prepare consolidated segment-level financial results, including disclosures, and perform profit & loss and balance sheet eliminations using Oracle FCC.
  • Support SR, and month-end close activities, including financial reporting, variance/flux analysis, SOX compliance, and audit requests.
  • Partner with cross-functional and divisional teams to analyze financial performance and deliver actionable insights to senior management.
  • Participate in ERP system implementation activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and reporting enhancements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to automate and optimize reporting and close processes.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for corporate reporting inquiries and perform ad hoc financial analysis and accounting projects as needed.

Reporting and Consolidations Manager Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant accounting or financial reporting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience with financial consolidations and eliminations, including complex accounting analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, data validation, and complex formulas.
  • Experience with Oracle FCC or ERP system implementations.
  • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.

Shift:

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. On-site on Wednesdays (or as needed). Will transition to full-time onsite by September 2026.
