Job Description

Recruiting Operations Specialist 

  • Provide high-quality customer service and level 1-2 support for HR programs and processes including:
    • Managing back office processes for intern and entry-level hiring
    • Managing processes for hiring screens
    • Working with client's third party vendor to ensure contract employees are processed in the HR systems correctly and track contract terminations
    • Maintaining, supporting and developing processes for posting roles to external job board sites
    • Overseeing digital recruitment marketing properties such as client's Careers Facebook, LinkedIn and Indeed
    • Overseeing candidate tracking throughout the hiring process
    • Supporting programs to deliver great candidate experiences
    • Providing support to candidates, hiring managers and recruiters using client's recruiting systems
  • Manage day to day processes on client's Employee Referral Program and provide communication to employees and managers
  • Participate in planning, implementation, training and communication support for recruiting program rollouts, recruiting system launches and process improvement projects
  • Help create and write internal documentation supporting client's talent acquisition strategy
  • Partner with internal HR stakeholders on hiring processes and liaise with business stakeholders on cross-functional projects and process improvements including JD template redesigns and a variety of recruiting tools
  • Perform data entry and proactively audit HR systems to ensure the integrity of candidate and employee data
  • Interface with Compensation, Finance, IT and HR Operations to ensure that any underlying data issues are resolved (job codes, titles, cost centers, et cetera)
  • Create and run routine reports to share insights into hiring and recruiting activity with HR Operations, Recruiting, Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners
  • Provides back up for Recruiting Operations Manager and able to serve as representative for HR Recruiting Operations team on projects and programs.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR Operations function, with Applicant Tracking System and/or other HRIS system (SuccessFactors experience a plus)
  • Intermediate Excel experience
  • Program management experience a plus
  • Energetic, passionate and desire to learn and grow
  • Comfortable working collaboratively as well as independently
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Requirements:

  • Experience with SuccessFactors as it pertains to Recruiting, would be extremely ideal, not required, but ideal.

$40-$45 Per Hour        San Francisco, CA 94103        6 Month Assignment
