• Hourly pay: $40/hr
• Worksite: Leading music streaming company (Remote, Candidates must be located in the United States in either the Pacific or Central time zones, Candidates located in the Pacific Time zone are preferred)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
• 32 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment, Possibility of extension

A leading music streaming company seeks a Quality Engineer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and user-friendliness of our business music streaming platform.

Quality Engineer Responsibilities:

• Execute thorough manual testing of new and existing features across our platform, including web apps, mobile apps, and media players.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to understand feature requirements and validate fixes.
• Provide feedback on product usability and user experience from a QA perspective.

Quality Engineer Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in manual and automated testing for web applications and services.
• Proven attention to detail and commitment to thorough documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple testing tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working with software engineering teams to validate bugs and features.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
• Extensive understanding of web and mobile technologies (HTML, JavaScript, HTTP, iOS, Android, etc.).
• Experience testing across multiple browsers and devices.
• Experience with AI and automation tools, such as Playwright, is a significant plus.
• Experience in the streaming, media, or audio tech space is a bonus.
