A leading digital streaming network seeks a PTP Vendor Onboarding & Supplier Master Data Management Lead to drive enterprise-wide vendor onboarding strategy, supplier master data governance, and the optimization of procure-to-pay processes. This role serves as the subject matter expert for supplier lifecycle management, partnering closely with Oracle Fusion teams and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance controls, improve data quality, support system initiatives, and strengthen operational efficiency across the organization.

PTP Vendor Onboarding & Supplier Master Data Management Lead Responsibilities:

  • Lead vendor onboarding and supplier master data management activities by overseeing onboarding, maintenance, offboarding, compliance controls, and governance processes while ensuring accurate supplier setup and adherence to enterprise standards.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for vendor lifecycle processes by conducting root cause analysis, identifying process improvement opportunities, documenting recommendations, and partnering with Oracle Fusion teams to optimize workflows and support system enhancements.
  • Establish and maintain supplier master data governance frameworks, ensuring data integrity across ERP and connected systems through effective controls, audit trails, duplicate prevention, and cross-functional collaboration during system implementations and data migrations.
  • Drive compliance and risk management efforts by supporting SOX controls, audit readiness activities, third-party risk considerations, tax and banking documentation requirements, and internal policy adherence related to vendor onboarding and payment processing.
  • Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting to monitor onboarding cycle times, data quality, compliance effectiveness, and operational performance while recommending continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Tax, HR, Technology, and global stakeholders to provide leadership, facilitate change management efforts, deliver training, and ensure alignment across vendor onboarding and supplier data management processes.

PTP Vendor Onboarding & Supplier Master Data Management Lead Qualifications:

  • 3 years of leadership experience guiding teams, projects, or enterprise initiatives.
  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience in vendor onboarding, procure-to-pay operations, supplier master data management, or related functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion or comparable ERP platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor master data governance, data quality management, and system integration principles.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, data migrations, go-live activities, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SOX compliance, internal controls, audit readiness, and vendor lifecycle governance.
  • Excellent analytical, root cause analysis, organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with supplier onboarding controls, including W-9, W-8, 1099, OFAC screening, and TIN matching, is preferred.
  • Experience within media, entertainment, large enterprise, global business services, or shared services environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with third-party risk management frameworks, supplier portals, onboarding automation platforms, or MDM tools is preferred.

Shift:

  • 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 to 6:00 pm, depending on location. Flexibility may be required to account for team members in different time zones, such as Budapest.
  • Occasional travel to key office locations is required.
