A leading digital streaming network seeks a PTP Stabilization Project Management Lead to drive Oracle Fusion implementation activities and enterprise-wide Procure-to-Pay (PTP) stabilization initiatives across a global organization. This highly visible leadership role requires extensive Oracle Fusion expertise, a deep understanding of end-to-end PTP operations, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams through go-live, hypercare, and stabilization phases. The ideal candidate will bring strong program governance capabilities, root cause analysis expertise, and executive presence to align stakeholders, mitigate risks, and optimize post-implementation performance.
PTP Stabilization Project Management Lead Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-wide PTP stabilization efforts by managing integrated program plans across invoicing, disbursements, vendor onboarding, supplier master data, and stakeholder support functions while ensuring alignment with Oracle Fusion implementation milestones and business priorities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between PTP operations and Oracle Fusion program teams, driving requirements gathering, issue resolution, governance activities, hypercare management, and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Procurement, Technology, and executive stakeholders.
- Establish and oversee program governance frameworks, including risk management, dependency tracking, escalation protocols, executive reporting, and root cause analysis to proactively identify and resolve operational and implementation challenges.
- Drive organizational readiness and change management initiatives by coordinating training, communication plans, cutover strategies, hypercare support models, and adoption activities to ensure a successful transition to Oracle Fusion.
- Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and program health metrics to provide leadership visibility into stabilization progress, implementation risks, operational performance, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Identify and champion automation and AI-enabled solutions within PTP operations, leveraging Oracle Fusion capabilities and emerging technologies to enhance controls, improve efficiency, and maximize return on ERP investments.
PTP Stabilization Project Management Lead Qualifications:
- 15+ years of progressive experience in program management, Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, or PTP operations.
- 5+ years in VP-level or equivalent leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; MBA is preferred. 7
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated hands-on leadership experience with Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, specifically across PTP modules including Accounts Payable, Payments, Supplier Portal, and Procurement.
- Deep expertise in end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, including invoicing, disbursements, supplier onboarding, vendor master data management, and shared services operations.
- Proven success leading large-scale, multi-workstream global programs involving ERP implementations, post-go-live stabilization, and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Strong capabilities in program governance, executive communication, root cause analysis, risk management, and stakeholder management across complex enterprise environments.
- Experience leading change management and organizational readiness activities during major system implementations and business transformations.
- Knowledge of finance automation and AI-enabled solutions, including intelligent invoice processing, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, OCR technologies, or similar capabilities.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications or recognized ERP leadership credentials are preferred.
- Experience with Graphite Connect and supplier enablement technologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies is preferred.
- Experience implementing AI-driven automation solutions within Finance or Procurement environments is preferred.
- Background supporting global, multi-site programs across North America and Europe is preferred.
- Experience leading Fortune 500 Oracle Fusion stabilization initiatives within shared services or Global Business Services (GBS) organizations is preferred.
- Media, entertainment, or large enterprise industry experience is preferred.
Shift:
- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with flexibility required to support global teams, including Budapest.
- Occasional domestic travel and potential international travel may be required.
