One of the most prestigious and well-known universities is seeking a Project Manager. The successful candidate will support the clinical integration efforts for the transition of financial reporting across 200+ clinics from the School of Medicine to the University health system, tracking the integration process for accounting, and ensuring that deadlines, deliverables, and cross-departmental coordination are managed efficiently. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager tracking large-scale projects of a similar nature. The company offers a great work environment!

Project Manager Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $65/hr
  • Worksite: One of the most prestigious and well-known universities (Remote, Candidates must be located in the United States and work Pacific Time office hours)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
  • 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Tracking timelines and tasks from start to finish, working closely with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure successful integration.
  • Handle multiple waves of integration with several deliverables per wave. The role requires checking in with team members, ensuring deadlines are met, and managing the coordination of efforts across departments.
  • Oversee and track the progress of clinical integration efforts
  • Ensure project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met, tracking progress from start to finish through 5 waves of integration.
  • Work with various departments (including clinical and financial teams) to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Serve as a point of contact for communication and coordination across departments.
  • Monitor project status, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks to keep the project on track.
  • Provide regular status updates to the team, and if needed, communicate to C-suite stakeholders (mostly via email). The project is currently in the middle of Wave 1.

Project Manager Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager tracking large-scale projects of a similar nature.
  • Experience in tracking complex projects with multiple teams, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Experience using Box for file sharing and communication is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel for tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, tasks, and complex project schedules in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with Zoom
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, managing varying personalities and expectations.

Shift:

  • 8 am - 5 pm Pacific Time office hours.
