A leading video, audio, and voice technologies company is seeking a Project Manager - Change Management. The successful candidate will guide high-impact projects across the organization, ensuring smooth adoption of change among employees, customers, and partners.
Project Manager - Change Management Responsibilities:
- Support business analysis efforts—collecting, interpreting, and presenting data to inform decision-making, measure impact, and refine transformation strategies.
- Program & Project Management (Primary Focus):
- Plan and lead enterprise-level digital transformation projects, from kickoff through implementation.
- Ensure timely delivery, budget control, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes using PMP-based methodologies.
- Change Management:
- Lead structured change management efforts using frameworks like Prosci or ADKAR to drive adoption and reduce resistance.
- Craft and implement change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and training programs.
Project Manager - Change Management Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in project or program management, including leadership of transformation and/or change-focused initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- PMP Certification required; Prosci or equivalent change management certification preferred.
- Proven ability to manage organizational change across both internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Experience gathering and analyzing business data to inform strategy and measure impact.
- Proficiency with business intelligence and project tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence).
- Ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
Shift:
- 20hrs/week i.e. 4hrs/day.
- 8 am -12 noon (Pacific Time office hours).
