  • Hourly pay: $75-$80/hr
  • Worksite: Leading music streaming company (Oakland, CA, New York City, NY and Atlanta, GA - Hybrid, Must be onsite 1-2 days a week)

  • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment (possiblity of extension)

A leading music streaming company seeks a Project Manager - B2B Creative Operations to lead B2B events marketing intiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, industry events, and branded content initiatives across our AdTech brands.

Project Manager - B2B Events Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Be the connective tissue between creative, content, and marketing strategy to ensure alignment, timelines, and executional rigor across high-visibility projects.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex creative projects including industry events, trend reports, playbooks, digital campaigns, social content, and branded video.
  • Serve as the operational lead for strategic campaigns, aligning cross-functional teams on timelines, roles, and project goals.
  • Collaborate closely with art directors, copywriters, designers, and event managers to deliver high-quality creative work—on time and on brand.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to prioritize projects and manage capacity planning across internal and external creative teams.

Project Manager - B2B Events Marketing Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or creative operations, ideally in a B2B marketing, media, or digital advertising environment.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-channel marketing initiatives and industry events.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows, from concept development to final delivery, across formats including: social, video, presentations, and digital content.
  • Confident across and within teams while driving a collaborative and solutions-first approach.
  • Monday and Slack.
  • Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Outlook.
  • DAM systems (experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with creative formats, production timelines, and agency/vendor workflows.
