Program Manager - Strategic Accounts & Product Collaboration Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $35-$50/hr (Pay varies based on the candidate's experience and location)

Program Manager - Strategic Accounts & Product Collaboration Responsibilities:
- Serve as the operational point of contact for high-impact accounts, helping drive cross-functional alignment and execution.
- Partner closely with Product Managers to translate customer needs and feedback into actionable insights and roadmaps.
- Build and maintain project plans for account-specific initiatives, tracking milestones and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support to meet client objectives.
- Manage communications, documentation, and deliverables for key account programs, including QBRs and executive updates.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to streamline execution and improve client satisfaction.
Program Manager - Strategic Accounts & Product Collaboration Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in program or project management, with exposure to product development cycles.
- Strong understanding of cross-functional dynamics between Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
- MSFT Office and Google tools.
- Experience working with enterprise or strategic accounts is a plus.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Eager and Comfortable working directly with customers at times.
