Responsibilities:

• Identify, plan and manage all programs that touch all lines of business to ensure Best in Class customer status
• Work with GCD/GCE to define program scope and determine additional resources needed
• Create detailed work plan identifying and sequencing the activities needed for Best in Class
• Develop master schedule and revise as needed; work collaboratively with all CSMs
• Work closely with CSMs and Insights Analyst to ensure QBR success by integrating xLOB metrics
• Responsible for summarizing and documenting all xLOB client meeting discussions
• Monitor progress and make adjustments to ensure successful Best in Class achievement
• Build monthly/quarterly xLOB reports for executive summary viewing
• Establish communication schedule to update key client stakeholders 
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time and at the required level of quality
• Escalate support and security requests and serve as internal liaison for any issues
• Coordinate event opportunities such as Rock Your Profile or any internal/external customer success speaking engagements

Basic Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or related work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of project life cycle 
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills 
• Ability to logically and efficiently structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct complicated analysis, identify key insights and recommended actions
• Ability to logically structure and analyze ambiguous problems
• Ability to communicate with executive team, business and recruiting leaders
• Ability to be highly productive and proactive with supporting key stakeholders
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment

$70-$80 per Hour     San Francisco, CA 94105     6 Month Assignment
