Program Manager 5154  

This individual will report into the HR PMO and work alongside a team of program managers, as well as HR and Finance operational teams. This role will support concurrent global projects of varying size, duration, and complexity. Successful execution will require critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.   In addition to project management, this role will support change management, vendor management, and process improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the objectives, scope, plan, roles and responsibilities and success metrics for concurrent HR and Finance system and process improvement projects
  • Coordinate and manage a wide range of global HR, Finance and third-party vendor stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
  • Mobilize project teams and clearly articulate the plan along with roles and responsibilities for each project team member
  • Help document current state through process mapping and create future state recommendations
  • Identify and articulate change impacts and project risks and work with the project team to implement mitigation plans
  • Help develop and execute change management, testing, and go-live cutover plans
  • Establish project standards, cadence and version controls for project documentation and workflow to ensure the success of programs 
  • Track program outcomes, taking lessons learned forward to expand and improve and evolve the program and build scalable processes
  • Support internal and external-facing communications to share program information, progress, and contacts

Sample initiatives may include:

  • Implement new managed service processes and operating model
  • Implement new Finance system
  • Re-define HR employee self-service models

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or related work experience
  • 4-6+ years of experience within project management (HR, Finance projects a plus)
  • Experience with ERP system implementations, process re-design and change management and/or training preferred
  • Knowledge of payroll and benefits processes preferred
  • Results oriented, proactive, quality-driven, customer-centric and strong attention to detail
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly proficient with Sharepoint and other MSFT programs
  • Proven ability to prioritize, problem-solve with a structured approach, and manage multiple complex bodies of work
  • Ability to learn quickly and handle ambiguity

$80-$90 per Hour        Sunnyvale, CA 94085         12 Month Assignment
