A leading podcast and audiobook company is seeking a Production Ops Coordinator, LATAM. This role will help coordinate production operations, manage relationships with internal and external partners, and ensure the successful execution of content workflows to support the growth of Spanish-language original programming.

Production Ops Coordinator, LATAM Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and select original content, pre-production activities, supporting end-to-end production workflows, and scheduling requirements.
  • Serve as the liaison between external partners, local and international business teams, and production teams by managing inquiries, communicating scheduling updates, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting business processes.
  • Collect, maintain, and submit production assets, metadata, and onboarding documentation, including asset and audio specification requirements for third-party providers.
  • Collaborate with production and metadata teams to track project progress, maintain key databases, and ensure titles are released according to schedule.
  • Identify process gaps, recommend process improvements, define system requirements to improve efficiency and partner experience, and support data entry and maintenance across multiple platforms.

Production Ops Coordinator, LATAM Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in an editorial, publishing, or related content production environment.
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Spanish required to support internal and external business communications.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Airtable and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
