A leading professional networking company seeks a Product Quality Evaluator. The successful candidate will test and evaluate product features across platforms to ensure functionality, usability, and quality, focusing on search performance by identifying bugs, validating fixes, and providing user-centered feedback to engineering and product teams. Product Quality Evaluator Responsibilities:

• Test user flows for upcoming products across multiple platforms, browsers, and devices, with a key focus on search quality.
• Identify, log, and track issues in partnership with engineering; verify bug fixes and provide sign-off for production readiness.
• Collaborate with engineers, team leads, and product managers to ensure features meet functionality, usability, performance, accessibility, and security standards.
• Create and execute test cases based on product specifications and expected user behavior.
• Maintain a test case repository as the authoritative source for expected product behavior and test coverage.
• Analyze user-reported issues and recommend enhancements to test coverage based on findings.
• Estimate testing effort and effectively manage multiple projects in parallel, balancing priorities.
• Present technical and functional findings to senior leadership, both technical and non-technical, and provide go/no-go recommendations for product launches.

Product Quality Evaluator Qualifications:

• 1+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: User Testing, Product Evaluation, Quality Assurance, User Experience, Program/Project Management, Test Engineering, or Technical Support.
• 1+ year JIRA knowledge
• BE/BS/BA degree required
• Experience in GenAI testing and output scoring
• Experience in Agile methodologies
• Experience with SQL and database structures is a plus
• Experience with APIs is a plus
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
