A leading music streaming company seeks a Product Operations - Digital Specialist. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing digital product workflows, ensuring seamless operations, and enhancing user experience.
Product Operations - Digital Specialist Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize digital product workflows to ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in product processes.
- Support the launch of new features by coordinating operational readiness.
- Maintain documentation and provide training for digital product processes.
Product Operations - Digital Specialist Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in digital product operations or similar roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in digital platforms and tools (e.g., CMS, CRM, analytics).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Shift:
- A 5-day schedule is preferred; however, 4 days is acceptable.
