• W2 Employment, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
• 20-25 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment, Possible extension/conversion

A leading university is seeking a Privacy Program Manager. The successful candidate will prepare and execute privacy risk assessments of projects, systems, and departments. The company offers a great work environment!

Privacy Program Manager Responsibilities:

• Conduct data incident responses/investigations following recognized standards.
• Review the adequacy and effectiveness of related policies, systems, processes, and controls across the University.
• Consult and advise university faculty and staff on best practices and the handling of complex and sensitive information; develop, deliver, and implement education and training.
• Conduct investigations of suspected privacy violations of law and policy in conjunction with other audit/investigation staff and university resources.
• Contribute to developing the unit-level annual work plan.

Privacy Program Manager Qualifications:

• 4 years of audit, privacy, compliance, or other relevant experience in higher education, health care, research-based non-profit organizations, or government contracting.
• Bachelor’s degree - Law degree is a plus.
• Knowledge and ability to use OneTrust’s privacy automation modules.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Solid knowledge of IT systems and AI tools.

Shift:

• Monday to Friday, within office business hours (8 AM – 5 PM).
• Flexibility on shift/schedule as long as the working hours are during our business hours and are a consistent schedule.
