People Operations Coordinator


  • Support the recruiting function in interview scheduling using established processes and system tools.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Ensure attention to all requests within an adequate response time based on established service levels.
  • Cross-train with other members of the People Operations team to provide backup.
  • Ensure client service and satisfaction in all areas.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Client service mindset
  • Ability to communicate and articulate clearly, both written and verbal
  • Able to organize, meet deadlines and prioritize with guidance
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity and professionalism
  • Jobvite a plus
  • Needs to be flexible for 11:30AM to 8PM ET schedule after training

$20-23 Per Hour            Atlanta, GA 30363           3 Month Assignment
