A leading digital streaming network seeks a Payroll Operations Accounting Techno-Functional Manager to support payroll operations in Oracle Fusion, overseeing validation, reconciliation, testing (UAT/E2E), and audits, while partnering with Payroll and Technology teams to resolve issues and ensure timely project delivery.
Payroll Operations Accounting Techno-Functional Manager Responsibilities:
- Support the company's Payroll Operations by performing system validations and reconciliations in Oracle Fusion and related platforms and integrations.
- Test, document, and support the testing and defect processes.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of audits related to payroll data system transactions.
- Analyze payroll Union data and payroll costing data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness, and identify and help resolve discrepancies with Oracle GL.
- Perform analysis and detail validations for Parallel Payroll Testing.
- Communicate findings, issues, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Payroll Operations Accounting Techno-Functional Manager Qualifications:
- Experience working within Shared Services or Payroll Operations, preferably in a business optimization or systems support capacity.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM or similar ERP platforms.
- Experience performing data validations, reconciliations, and supporting audits.
- Experience with large-scale ERP/HCM system conversions.
- Experience in generating reports and analyzing data using a variety of reporting tools is preferred.
- Experience in interpreting payroll processing results and costing in General Ledger.
- Background in system testing and UAT coordination is preferred.
- Familiarity with payroll compliance and regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze large data sets and create reports.
- Knowledge of payroll accounting and data/account reconciliation experience.
- Knowledge of GL systems.
Shift:
- 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET
- Expected overtime.
