One of the most prestigious and well-known universities is seeking a Patient Navigator Specialist. The successful candidate will support the Pediatric Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Program, Center for Advanced Technologies, and other nursing/physician clinical support as needed, by identifying and implementing operational improvements to ensure high-quality service to patients. Patient Navigator Specialist Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement operational improvements to ensure high-quality service to patients.
Patient Navigator Specialist Qualifications:
- Customer service, mainly on the phone.
- Work-que management.
- Scheduling of patients.
- Experience with APEX is preferred.
Shift:
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 05:00 pm.
