A leading enterprise software solutions company seeks a Partner Marketing Manager to join the Global Partner Marketing team. The successful candidate will support our product enhancements and solution expansion, and work closely with them to plan and execute impactful partner marketing initiatives designed to amplify brand awareness and active engagement. The Manager will also collaborate with our Global Partner Organization and across the entire Marketing Organization to ensure alignment and consistent integration.
- Hourly pay: $60/hr

Partner Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Work closely with key strategic partners to understand their unique marketing priorities, identify co-marketing opportunities, and develop differentiated marketing plans
- Collaborate with partners on content strategy, including webinars, blogs, digital presence, social amplification, event participation, and customer stories.
- Align partner-led marketing activities with the overarching marketing calendar
- Assist partner with the development of differentiated messaging frameworks based on our foundational partnership value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including partner management, product marketing, demand generation, and partner sales, to ensure effective execution of partner marketing programs.
- Support the field events, sponsorships, and customer programs where partner engagement is strategic.
- Track and measure the success of strategic partner marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure messaging alignment and integration of partner offerings into broader initiatives.
Partner Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B demand generation—ideally in enterprise SaaS.
- Experience working with strategic partnerships in either B2B or B2C marketing organizations.
- Strong storytelling, content development, and campaign management skills.
- Excellent project management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Strategic thinker who proactively takes action, executes quickly,y and can drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Passion for workplace well-being and creating human-centered business outcomes.
- Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Marketo Engage, and Canva are preferred.
