A leading digital streaming network seeks an OTC Analyst Reporting Assistant to support global reporting and accounting operations by consolidating financial data, performing analysis and reconciliations, supporting reporting initiatives, and maintaining compliance across multiple business units.
OTC Analyst Reporting Assistant Responsibilities:
- Execute integration tasks supporting cross-functional projects by consolidating and reconciling data across multiple systems, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring integration accuracy for audit purposes.
- Perform financial and operational data analysis using large datasets in Microsoft Excel, prepare variance analyses, DSO reporting, cash forecasting, bad debt reporting, and ad hoc reports while supporting month-end close activities.
- Consolidate accounts receivable schedules, perform subledger reconciliations, validate data completeness, prepare key financial metrics and dashboards, and support quarterly reporting for executive leadership.
- Support compliance, audit, and SOX reporting by preparing required documentation, participating in risk assessments, maintaining reporting controls, and ensuring timely submission of reporting deliverables.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, controller, and cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies, support reporting initiatives, contribute to process improvements, and assist with global reporting and compliance projects.
OTC Analyst Reporting Assistant Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, accounting analysis, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) and experience using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience performing financial reporting, data analysis, reconciliation, dashboard preparation, data consolidation, and working with large datasets.
- Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting tools and systems.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion is preferred.
- Experience with Google Workspace is preferred.
- Experience in the media or entertainment industry is preferred.
Shift:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
