As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive and engaging office culture. You will be responsible for keeping the office well stocked with snacks & supplies, and support the HR team with the planning and execution of events to boost employee morale. You will also be in charge of operation and facility maintenance, including, but not limited to: troubleshooting technical issues and working with various SRA teams to keep the operation running. In addition, you will also settle business trip expenses and submit expenses/invoices for approval on behalf of the office and the team.

We are looking for an organized, friendly, adaptable, with an upbeat, positive, can-do attitude individual. Someone who is able to see the big picture and prioritize tasks as required. You must be able to work independently and be proactive in identifying and completing special projects to make the office the best place for our employees and visitors. Since you will be a key player in maintaining the office culture, and we love to laugh, a great sense of humor and a great outlook on life is important.

Expected Responsibility:


  • Submit expenses for a few people in Mountain View

Asset Management

  • Submit approvals in the system, follow up with purchasing team on laptops, phones, and any other device orders.
  • Organize storage room and cabinets. Track inventories in storage

Conference Room Management

  • Ensure the room is clean and ready (Every Monday morning)
  • Set up Zoom rooms for town hall meetings, brown bags, etc.
  • Ensure that AV equipment is working properly, Supplies are stocked etc.
  • Ensure that AV equipment is working properly, Supplies are stocked etc.

Submit Approvals / IT Service Request

  • Replacement of laptops, phones etc.
  • IT service request such as unblock the links, Wi-Fi(GIC-LAB), Zoom set up, visitors access to S-works Wi-Fi, Loaner computer request etc.
  • Submit New hire devices requests

Build Office Guide for employees & visitors

  • Build a webpage with details on local office specific information

Contact Distro Management       

  • Edit E-mail DL’s. Manage contact list

Community Events & Vibe Committee   

  • Plan and execute out GWP Events
  • Send out reminders/Calendar invitations for Meet Up Mondays, Monthly GWPs, Happy Hour gatherings, Birthdays, etc.
  • Plan external community events in partnership with the HR and MarComm teams

Monthly MV Calendar- share on TV Screen       

  • Set up a centralized calendar for the MV office (Events, Holidays, etc.)   

POC for Zoom Set-up   

  • Troubleshoot Zoom

Weekly Team Update News

  • Publish Weekly News

Shipping & Receiving

  • Partner with S&R to support shipping needs for the office.

Weekly Lunch & Snacks  Order 

  • Prep for Monday Meet-up
  • Manage snack orders & coffee keg

Ordering Office Supplies          

  • Order office supplies including papers, water, snacks, etc.
  • Restock items


  • Make sure all communal space and kitchen countertops are clean at all times.
  • Request Janitor Service-SRA as needed
  • Remove leftovers from refrigerator weekly
