A leading professional networking company seeks a Monetization Strategy & Operations Manager to support the growth of a global advertising business by driving pricing operations, process improvements, strategic deal support, and operational excellence. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Data teams to optimize pricing frameworks, improve reporting and governance, and scale monetization programs through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
Monetization Strategy & Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize pricing operations by supporting the structuring, pricing, governance, execution, and measurement of strategic advertiser and agency deals while ensuring compliance with revenue, legal, and operational guidelines.
- Drive process innovation by developing scalable operational workflows, improving pricing frameworks, implementing process enhancements, and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and program scalability.
- Analyze business performance by developing reporting, tracking KPIs and pricing metrics, synthesizing data into actionable insights, creating dashboards, and communicating recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, Data Science, Systems, Marketing, Order Management, and other business teams to support strategic deals, improve pricing processes, and enable the successful rollout of new pricing programs and offers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the deal lifecycle by providing pricing guidance, supporting systems configuration, gathering stakeholder feedback, communicating process updates, and continuously improving monetization operations.
Monetization Strategy & Operations Manager Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Pricing, Strategy & Operations, or a related business function.
- A BD or BS is preferred.
- Experience supporting pricing strategies, deal structuring, operational processes, reporting, KPI tracking, performance measurement, and cross-functional business initiatives.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint is preferred.
- Experience in structuring, negotiating, or supporting advertising-related deals is preferred.
- Experience communicating effectively with senior leadership is preferred.
- Experience influencing cross-functional partners and driving team objectives is preferred.
- Experience with SQL and Tableau is preferred.
Shift
- Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite (Tuesday to Thursday).
