A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Micro Deburr Specialist (Swing and Split) to support precision manufacturing operations by removing burrs from machined components, inspecting parts for quality, operating heat treat equipment, and collaborating with production teams to improve deburring processes. This role requires excellent manual dexterity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with small, delicate components under a microscope.

Micro Deburr Specialist (Swing and Split) Responsibilities:

  • Remove micro burrs from precision-machined components while ensuring compliance with established quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
  • Inspect incoming parts for conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality requirements, identifying and communicating discrepancies when necessary.
  • Operate heat treat furnace equipment by following established operating procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with machinists and engineering teams to improve deburring methods, support process enhancements, and assist with additional production activities as needed.
  • Maintain flexibility to work overtime and swing or split shifts to support production schedules and business needs.

Micro Deburr Specialist (Swing and Split) Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or deburring role is preferred.
  • Ability to work for extended periods using a microscope while maintaining accuracy and precision.
  • Strong manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination for handling small, delicate components.
  • Ability to adapt to changing production priorities and support multiple operational needs.
  • Ability to proactively identify inconsistencies or potential quality issues.
  • A basic understanding of machining processes is preferred.

Shift:

  • Must be available for swing or split shifts and overtime as needed.
