Responsibilities:

  • A firm grasp of all media channels and how they work within the consumer funnel and drive Entertainment – based launches. 
  • Manage Marquee projects from inception of the strategy to the media approach, to the implementation of the tactics
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple marquee launches in different phases at the same time.  i.e. 1 ready to launch, while 3-4 may be in the planning phase
  • Robust understanding of the digital landscape and channels (mobile, digital, and social)
  • Knowledge of how to drive weekly metrics reports and Paid Media roll-ups
  • Day-to-Day lead for a paid media agency in coordination with specific campaigns
  • Analyze regularly distributed analytics reports to better understand what’s working and what’s not and optimize accordingly
  • Work cross-functionally with product, content, analytics, creative, and PR teams to position the brand and its products in an effective, accurate, and impactful way
  • Ability to identify better ways of working at scale through improved processes and changes

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a related field of study
  • 5+ years of experience in media, advertising, or marketing
  • Experience either at an Advertising agency or client side managing media campaigns
  • Experience working with a large budget and forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills (spreadsheet mastery a must, database experience is a bonus)
  • Work closely with the various other marketing teams to bring new content to the market
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on superior oral and written communication skills
