A leading technology company is seeking a Materials Handling Coordinator. The successful candidate will perform shipping and receiving duties, including packing, unpacking, and moving equipment between two Iowa service centers, while using computer systems and communicating effectively with customers and team members. Materials Handling Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including packing, unpacking, and preparing equipment for shipment.
• Locate boxes and retrieve equipment that is ready to be shipped.
• Use internal computer systems to manage inventory and shipping records.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, peers, and management.
• Ensure alignment between customer expectations and services provided.
• Work independently on tasks with clearly defined objectives.
• Travel between two Iowa service center locations as needed.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of shipping/receiving areas.

Materials Handling Coordinator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and peers.
• Ability and willingness to learn internal systems and processes.
• Must be flexible and able to travel between two Iowa locations based on business needs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from the facilities.
• Understanding of project timelines, goals, and ability to take initiative to complete tasks.

Materials Handling Coordinator Shift:

• 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
