A leading enterprise software solutions company seeks a Business Process Analyst. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient and scalable business processes that support our marketplace project by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including BT, Legal, Marketing, Partner Strategy, Product and more, to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall partner and customer experience with our marketplace.

Marketplace Business Process Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Support the analysis, documentation, and optimization of key business processes associated with operationalizing our marketplace.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand business requirements, identify pain points, and propose innovative process improvements.
  • Develop process maps, workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other documentation to clearly articulate current and future state processes.
  • Monitor and analyze process performance, identify areas for optimization, and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Partner Operations processes, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Apply Agile methodologies and principles to process improvement initiatives, fostering iterative development and continuous feedback.

Marketplace Business Process Analyst Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, preferably within a technology or SaaS company working with their marketplace.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certification in Business Process Management (e.g., CBAP, Lean Six Sigma) or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO) is a plus.
  • Experience working directly with a company's marketplace build/maintenance is a plus.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Tableau, Smartsheets) is beneficial.
  • Experience with process mapping and workflow tools (e.g., Miro, Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Experience applying Agile methodologies and principles (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) to process improvement projects.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop practical solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, marketplace experience, and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) is highly desirable.
