A leading digital streaming network seeks a Marketing Support Assistant. The successful candidate will support the senior coordinator and coordinator on the team and their various projects in support of the films, custom programs, displaying banner ads, media rotation, reporting, contracting, invoicing, and administrative duties to support the work that the coordinators will be leading on. Marketing Support Assistant Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the completion of contractual agreements with internal stakeholders and ensure the timely processing of invoices.
• Assist with the development of all digital content, including imagery, descriptions, and video, for multiple brands.
• Assist in the project management of digital media programs, including the timely delivery of creative assets
• Assist in day-to-day digital community management on brand socials.
• Summarize and analyze research data to support presentations/projects.
• Greet scheduled visitors and direct them to the appropriate area or person.

Marketing Support Assistant Qualifications:

• 1 year of related experience, including internship experience.
• Experience with a marketing agency is preferred.
• Personal interest in entertainment and marketing campaigns for movies/TV shows is preferred
• Familiarity with office products, Adobe products and Google Suite products, and MS Office suite products is preferred.
• Passion for social media platforms, digital trends, emerging technologies, digital marketing, and movies.
