A leading digital streaming network seeks a Marketing Services Coordinator, Worldwide Distribution, to support the creation and delivery of localized international marketing assets. This role will focus on coordinating schedules, managing digital assets, and supporting global campaign execution across multiple stakeholders and vendors in a fast-paced environment.
Marketing Services Coordinator, Worldwide Distribution Responsibilities:
- Coordinate localization schedules and vendor deliverables in partnership with Managers and Executive Director, ensuring timely execution of international marketing campaigns and asset distribution.
- Manage administrative workflows for digital asset management platforms, including handling source assets, supporting international market research needs, and tracking asset delivery across vendors.
- Collaborate with international distribution offices and internal teams to align on territory-specific requirements, including coordination of dubbed audio assets with localization and dubbing partners.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of English source assets and localized materials while maintaining accurate scheduling, documentation, and communication across multiple campaigns.
- Support day-to-day operations with strong attention to detail, including managing high-volume tasks, adapting to changing priorities, and ensuring reliable follow-through on critical deliverables.
Marketing Services Coordinator, Worldwide Distribution Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, operations, or similar support roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and internet-based tools.
- Experience in entertainment, post-production, or international localization workflows is preferred.
Shift:
- 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.
