A leading professional networking company seeks a Marketing Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives, optimize workflows, and support strategic marketing programs. The successful candidate will lead complex projects from planning to execution, collaborate across teams, and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and impact. Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Chief of Staff and marketing leadership to enhance operational efficiency
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional marketing programs
  • Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Manage program risks and ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Facilitate collaboration across marketing, sales, product, and operations teams
  • Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase team velocity
  • Track program performance using KPIs and provide regular status updates
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including plans and post-mortem reports
  • Champion best practices in program and project management
  • Support evaluation and implementation of marketing tools and technologies

Marketing Project Manager Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of demonstrable experience in a program management role.
  • Experience within a marketing or high-growth technology organization is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure.
  • Ability to logically and efficiently structure ambiguous problems, identify sources of data, conduct complicated analysis, identify key insights, and recommend actions
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within deadlines with little supervision
  • Ability to communicate with executive team, business, and recruiting leaders
  • Proactive and self-directed with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
  • Comfortable communicating with both AVP and IC levels to gather information and drive projects.
