A leading technology company seeks a marketing-savvy, data-driven Marketing Data Analyst to join our Marketing and Communications team. Marketing Data Analyst Responsibilities:
- Performance Measurement & Reporting:
- Track and report on campaign performance across email, social, web, paid, and earned media.
- Clean, segment, and analyze marketing data using HubSpot and GA4.
- Strategic Insights, Planning & Execution:
- Translate data into intuitive narratives for stakeholders and leadership.
- Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign outcomes.
- Data Management & Tools:
- Ensure proper tagging and tracking via HubSpot, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Maintain marketing data integrity across CRM, automation, and analytics systems.
Marketing Data Analyst Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in marketing.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Understanding of campaign lifecycles, storytelling, and content-driven engagement.
- HubSpot Mastery: Experience with custom reporting, workflows, and lead scoring.
- GA4 Proficiency: Ability to analyze user behavior, content performance, and conversion paths.
- Data Storytelling: Skilled at crafting insights into persuasive, executive-ready narratives.
- Marketing Data Science: Experience using statistical tools to identify audience patterns and trends.
- An interest in public policy is a plus.
- Google Analytics.
- Data cleaning, mining, visualization, and automation, with a strong grasp of marketing fundamentals.
Shift:
- Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm.
