A leading professional networking company seeks a Marketing Manager, Executive Engagement to lead end-to-end executive programs, shaping how leaders engage key accounts and partners while driving consistent, high-quality executive storytelling and experiences aligned with the brand.
Marketing Manager - Executive Engagement Responsibilities:
- Act as a lead consultant for executive engagement programs that complement business priorities and narratives.
- Develop and manage advanced business strategies and project plans for executive engagements in NAMER, including briefings, 1:1 meetings, and high-touch interactions in the company's spaces, or at owned and third-party events.
- Partner with both internal and external stakeholders, and some external agencies and vendors.
- Orchestrate peer-level engagements at key moments across the customer journey to build trust, influence, and long-term relationships.
- Institutionalize best practices by codifying processes, scalable playbooks, toolkits, and performance metrics to enable regional teams and Lines of Business (LoBs) to deliver best-in-class engagements.
- Build stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organization to establish credibility, secure buy-in, and ensure coordinated execution.
- Influence and mobilize cross-functional support for implementation to ensure flawless execution of programs.
Marketing Manager - Executive Engagement Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience influencing.
- Experience working in Executive Briefing Center Teams (EBC) is preferred.
- Deep understanding of account-based marketing principles and executive engagement is preferred.
- Willingness to execute at all levels of management as needed.
- Business strategy skills
- Proven ability to translate strategy into execution with measurable outcomes is preferred.
