  • Hourly pay: $85- $95/hr
  • Worksite: Leading music streaming company (New York City, NYC - Hybrid, Must be onsite 3 days/week)

  • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment, Possible extension

A leading music streaming company seeks a Marketing FP&A Director - Product and Technology. The successful candidate will work closely with the VP FP&A for Product & Technology, focusing on process improvement, report standardization, and automation.

Marketing FP&A Director - Product and Technology Responsibilities:

  • Focus on reporting standardization, automation, and capex reconciliation.
  • Identify opportunities for the P&T FP&A team to be more efficient, including evaluating the existing set of reporting, financial models, and other analyses and identifying opportunities for simplification, consistency, and automation.
  • Evaluation of data structure for cost center and department realignment.
  • Standardize P&T Forecast models (identify differences and help to determine best consistent model forward), including rolling forecast models.
  • Support the coordination and consolidation of the long-range plan process across the P&T team, driving consistent template/models/descriptions of spend needs, coordinating deliverables and ensuring team meets deadlines
  • Assist in designing monthly savings tracking and initiative updates, coordinating alignment with Corporate FP&A..

Marketing FP&A Director - Product and Technology Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably in a technology-driven organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
  • Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial tools such as Essbase, Anaplan, Tableau, Tempo, Jira, and Oracle.
  • Experience in process design and standardization in workflows and reporting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability mentor high-performing finance teams, with the ability to influence change.
