A leading podcast and audiobook company is seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented Analytics Manager. The candidate will serve as a project manager for the Organic Social marketing teams (including the Sprinklr team) and conduct standard marketing analytics using SQL and Tableau. The ideal candidate will have 5-6+ years of relevant experience in a marketing agency and have strong attention to detail and stakeholder communication skills. Marketing Analytics Project Manager Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $60-$70/hr
- Worksite: Leading podcast and audiobook company (Newark, NJ 07102 - Hybrid, Must be onsite 2 days a week)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment
Marketing Analytics Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Support the Sprinklr and other Organic Social marketing teams, ensuring that the team(s) correctly built dashboards to be provided to the marketing team.
- Manage Organic Social projects: engage with stakeholders and vendors, inform them about programs and timelines, provide updates, manage expectations, identify issues, ensure timely deliveries, measure results against targets, etc.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis through database querying, followed by insightful interpretation of results and the formulation and communication of recommendations that drive action.
- Work as a business partner with marketing and product teams in order to tackle business challenges and track marketing and product performance with a data-driven approach.
- Leverage SQL and Tableau to create and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reports.
- Analyze data to identify business problems and lead deep dives to perform root cause analysis.
- Maintain a deep understanding of business drivers and an innate grasp of business metric definitions, and proactively interact with business leaders to give context and support them in interpreting reporting data.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in business processes and strategies through data analysis.
- Develop compelling presentations and documents - and communicate them with impact.
Marketing Analytics Project Manager Qualifications:
- 5-6+ years of marketing analytics and project management experience.
- Degree in data science, business, economics, information technology, statistics, mathematics, or other related fields is preferred.
- Experience in a marketing agency.
- Experience with organic social and Sprinklr.
- Experience with SQL including the ability to write basic queries.
- Experience with metrics visualization tools (Tableau).
- Experience with membership, subscription, or media content businesses is preferred.
- Ability to scope a problem, formulate relevant questions, draw relevant data, and provide insights from the data.
- Passion for numbers, data, and metrics, but also for delivering actionable analysis of the highest quality.
- Strong bias for action, highly organized and detail oriented, and ability to complete tasks and projects with little guidance and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business leadership and technical teams.
