A leading electronics testing company is looking for an expert Manufacturing Technician with specialized expertise and technical ability in testing and troubleshooting of signal generators. The Technician will provide technical support throughout the manufacturing process, from conception to manufacturing destination. The candidate will support engineers to resolve a wide range of technical issues associated with production. The company offers a family-oriented work environment.

Manufacturing Technician Responsibilities:

  • Interface with Cross-functional Engineering teams and provide general production support.
  • Implement and execute processes developed by Engineering and provide constructive and collaborative feedback.  
  • Lead communication and provide updates on daily activities to the entire team. 
  • Collaborate during New Project, Transfer, and Product meetings.

Manufacturing Technician Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience demonstrating success working with Engineering teams and partners all throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Higher education or specialized training/certification (Electronics Certificate or equivalent) required.
  • ITAR clearance
  • Able to perform troubleshooting down to the component level.
  • Knowledge and experience in developing, writing, and implementing test software code.
  • Extensive knowledge of operation, troubleshooting and remote control of test & measurement equipment desired.
  • A solid understanding of analog and digital circuits and theory desired.
  • Understanding of the Product Lifecycle desired. 
  • Hands on assembly experience desired. 
  • RF and Microwave technical knowledge desired. 
  • Growth mindset.
