A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Technical Coordinator to join a team that handles both production and development circuits to work closely with engineering groups, area trainers, and other operators.

Manufacturing Technical Coordinator (Swing) Responsibilities:

• Handle small, delicate IC's and delicate products as instructed by the product documentation and engineering specifications.
• Follow diagrams to solder, epoxy, and wire bond chips to packages so the parts can be tested for future reliability.
• Solder, epoxy, and wire bond small IC’s under a microscope.
• Follow detailed process documentation to prepare test packages for reliability testing.
• Follow strict ESD protocols

Manufacturing Technical Coordinator (Swing) Qualifications:

• Experience with inputting data using Microsoft applications.
• Experience with MES to complete jobs.
• Lean and 5S experience is preferred.
• Skilled hand-eye coordination under a microscope.
• Ability to communicate effectively with process and reliability engineers.

Shift:

• 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
