A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Tech Specialist, Proc/Prod - Expert (Swing) to support the assembly and inspection of microcircuit components in a highly controlled manufacturing environment. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to handle delicate materials while operating specialized equipment to ensure product quality and consistency.

Manufacturing Tech Specialist, Proc/Prod - Expert (Swing) Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly, processing, and inspection of microcircuit components using manufacturing equipment such as bonders, pick-and-place machines, epoxy dispensers, manual assembly tools, and other specialized equipment.
• Handle delicate and sensitive materials in various forms while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards through precise, steady, and detail-oriented work practices.
• Conduct manufacturing activities within an ESD-controlled environment, ensuring the quality, consistency, and functionality of microcircuit parts throughout the production process.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering teams, trainers, coordinators, and fellow operators while escalating concerns through the appropriate chain of command to support operational goals and quality requirements.
• Work independently under the direction of a coordinator to manage multiple materials and tasks while maintaining accurate processing and production standards.

Manufacturing Tech Specialist, Proc/Prod - Expert (Swing)Qualifications:

• Experience working in an ESD-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Experience using microscopes is preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills.

Shift:

• Swing shift position, but training will be conducted on a Day Shift.
