A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support (Swing) to support the production of thin film circuits within a precision manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating fabrication, testing, and separation processes while ensuring the quality, consistency, and functionality of products that support both internal and external customers.

Manufacturing Operations Support (Swing) Responsibilities:

  • Perform fabrication, testing, and separation activities for thin film circuit production while maintaining strict adherence to manufacturing and quality standards.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment, including masking, etching, bonding, probe stations, microscopes, cameras, and related tools used for setup, processing, and visual verification.
  • Handle delicate substrates, circuits, and sensitive materials with precision, ensuring product integrity throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Conduct visual inspections and verification activities to ensure circuit quality, consistency, and compliance with engineering and production requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers, trainers, coordinators, and fellow operators to support production goals, troubleshoot issues, and maintain efficient manufacturing operations.

Manufacturing Operations Support (Swing) Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing, fabrication, electronics, semiconductor, or related production environment.
  • Ability to operate or learn manufacturing equipment such as masking, etching, bonding, probe stations, microscopes, cameras, and inspection tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict quality standards and detailed work instructions.
  • Experience handling small, delicate, or sensitive materials and components with precision.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate professionally across functions.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to perform steady, deliberate work on small parts.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new processes, technologies, and manufacturing techniques in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Shift:

  • Swing: 2:00 pm to 10::30 pm.
