A leading electronic testing company seeks a Manufacturing Operations Support (Swing) to support the production of precision thin film circuits used for internal and external customers.

Optical Manufacturing Technician Responsibilities:

  • Operate manufacturing equipment including masking, etching, bonding, probe stations, microscopes, and vision systems to fabricate, inspect, test, and process precision thin film circuits.

  • Handle delicate substrates and circuit materials with exceptional care while following standardized manufacturing procedures, quality requirements, and ESD protocols.

  • Perform visual inspections, equipment setup, process verification, and quality checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with production standards.

  • Work independently under the guidance of a coordinator while collaborating with engineering, trainers, and production teams to resolve issues, communicate concerns, and support manufacturing goals.

  • Use computer systems to support production activities, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous quality and process improvements.

Optical Manufacturing Technician Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor, precision assembly, or similar production environments is preferred.

  • Ability to work in an ESD-controlled environment, handle very small and delicate components, demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination, and maintain attention to detail.

  • Proficient computer skills along with strong written and verbal communication, multitasking, teamwork, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.

Shift:

  • Swing Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
