A leading technology company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support. The successful candidate will operate and support semiconductor IC package testing processes, including trimming, inspection, and electrical testing, in a clean, team-oriented environment to ensure high-quality output for production and prototype parts. Manufacturing Operations Support Responsibilities:

  • Perform IC package testing using semi-automated machines to verify DC and RF electrical integrity.
  • Trim leads and inspect package seals to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Handle and process small components and chips with precision in an ESD-controlled environment.
  • Conduct visual inspections, leak testing, and tape & reel packaging of ICs for shipment.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to support production and prototype workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow documentation procedures using MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities as skills develop and production needs change.

Manufacturing Operations Support Qualifications:

  • Experience with many aspects of integrated circuit fabrication processing, including but not limited to package testing, trim and form, leak testing, and visual inspection, is desired
  • Technical experience preferred (electronics testing, troubleshooting, etc.)
  • Experience with MS Suite of applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to work in an ESD environment
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplined, cross-departmental environment
  • Demonstrated ability with small packages and handling chips
  • Flexible schedule for training

Manufacturing Operations Support Shift:

  • 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
