A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support to support precision manufacturing operations in a high-volume production environment, performing microscopic inspection, deburring, cleaning, sorting, and quality verification while maintaining high production and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Manufacturing Operations Support Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated manufacturing operations, including heat treating, cleaning, deburring, sorting, assembly, and processing of precision-machined components while meeting production and quality requirements.
- Conduct detailed visual and microscopic inspections using precision measuring tools, gauges, and specialized equipment to verify product quality and compliance with engineering specifications.
- Handle high-volume precision parts requiring exceptional manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and careful material handling throughout the manufacturing process.
- Utilize Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), basic computer applications, and production documentation to accurately track work, maintain records, and support manufacturing operations.
- Follow established manufacturing procedures, quality standards, safety protocols, and engineering specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), while contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manufacturing Operations Support Qualifications:
- Technical coursework or some college is preferred.
- Experience with microscopic inspection, precision part handling, deburring, cleaning, sorting, or similar manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with precision measurement tools, including pin, thread, and ring gauges.
- Basic proficiency with Windows PC and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is preferred.
- Ability to read, interpret, and communicate in English, including understanding engineering drawings and GD&T specifications.
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated team player with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Shift:
Start time between 5:00 am and 7:00 am.
