A leading electronics measurement company is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to work at their Precision Meso-scale Technology Center. The candidate will support machining processes, be responsible for warehouse duties, and be critical to keeping operations going smoothly on a daily basis working closely with machinists, planners, and logistics.

Manufacturing Operations CoordinatorPay and Benefits:

• Hourly pay: $29/hr
• Worksite: Leading electronics measurement company (Santa Rosa, CA 95403 - Onsite)
• W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
• 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment

Manufacturing Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Create job jackets for production orders.
• Make job and material transactions in Oracle and Camstar systems.
• Kit jobs with needed materials
• Coordinate calibrated tools and system maintenance within MARS.
• Ship and receive LLM components and raw material.
• Be accountable for multiple sub inventory locations and associated weekly cycle counts.
• Conduct data entry as needed within Microsoft Excel.

Manufacturing Operations Coordinator Qualifications:

• Relevant specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and logistics experience
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP system, Camstar MES system or MARS Calibration system preferred.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift Certification preferred.
• Highly motivated individual with good work ethic and that is very reliable and works well with others.
• Must have the willingness and desire to learn, strong teamwork, positive attitude, and dedication.

Shift: 8am to 4:30pm PT
