The successful candidate will primarily involve manufacturing parts in the Die Attach area within a clean room environment, as well as conducting testing in the test area. The ideal candidate will have experience with small parts handling, microscope inspections, operating automated production machines, and possess basic computer skills. Additionally, strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential as they will collaborate closely with technicians and engineers to troubleshoot issues and ensure efficient production processes. Manufacturing Operations Coordinator - Die Attach Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $22/hr
  • Worksite: Electronics Testing and Measurement Company (Colorado Springs, CO 80907 - Onsite)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment

Manufacturing Operations Coordinator - Die Attach Responsibilities:

  • Perform manufacturing operations in the Die Attach area, including handling small parts and operating automated production machines.
  • Conduct regular inspections of parts under a microscope to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Read and interpret schematics and drawings to understand technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with technicians and engineers to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
  • Spend part of the time working in the test area, conducting tests on manufactured parts and documenting results.
  • Utilize basic computer skills, such as MS Office, for documentation and reporting purposes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to uphold safety and quality standards.
  • Demonstrate a coachable attitude and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
  • This position requires working in a clean room environment with specific gowning and safety requirements.

Manufacturing Operations Coordinator - Die Attach Qualifications:

  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related industry.
  • Experience with testing procedures and equipment.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a clean room environment.
  • Familiarity with automated production machinery and equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in handling small parts and conducting inspections under a microscope.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
