A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Logistics Associate 2 to support warehouse operations by managing receiving, inventory, shipping, and material movement activities, ensuring accurate inventory control, maintaining efficient material flow, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals while following quality and safety standards.

Logistics Associate Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, verify, unload, load, pick, pack, ship, and move materials while maintaining accurate inventory records, completing data entry, updating reports, and supporting warehouse documentation.
  • Transport materials efficiently throughout warehouse and production areas while balancing immediate operational needs with long-term inventory and workflow objectives.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve production or material flow issues, communicate effectively with internal teams and customers, and prioritize requests based on business needs.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, electric pallet jacks, order pickers, shrink-wrap machines, walkie stackers, and related equipment as needed, while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Support cross-functional warehouse operations, participate in LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives, assist with training and mentoring team members, attend team meetings, and comply with company, quality, import/export, and safety requirements.

Logistics Associate Qualifications:

  • Material handling, warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or inventory control experience is preferred.
  • Ability to type 35+ words per minute.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Flexibility to perform various warehouse functions, travel to other sites as needed, and participate in onsite and virtual training.
  • Familiarity with warehouse best practices, material handling equipment, ERP or logistics systems, and LEAN methodologies is preferred.
